This summer, Brittany and Mario embarked on an exciting journey to find their very first home, one that could not only welcome their family but also provide a comfortable space for Brittany’s mom and dad. On the top of their wish list were a one-level home, some acreage, and a shop. They were even prepared to extend their commute to find the perfect place that could meet all their needs.
But as luck would have it, we found the ideal home just minutes from Mario’s work—a huge bonus that promises more precious family time for everyone. During one of their visits to the home, their daughters, Cici and Frida, were over the moon to discover bunnies and blackberry bushes in the yard. It was a magical moment that made everyone feel this house was meant to be theirs.
Despite being in a competitive, multi-offer situation, we were thrilled to help Brittany and Mario secure this home for their family. We’re already looking forward to future visits, where we can share some blackberry pie and watch the deer wander through the yard as the kids play on the lawn.
