Portland Housing Market Update - December 2019

My real estate team at Portland Digs and I have noticed the drop of inventory in December. Turns out in December of 2019 inventory was at 1.8 months in Portland. Which is great news for sellers.

In addition, homes continue to increase in value with a median sale price up 2.5% from year to year. This is a great opportunity to sell.
