Home Sweet Home

Finding a home in this market has proven to be challenging for a number of buyers due to the limited inventory. But when my close friends, Paco and Almendra decided to purchase their first house we worked together to make a distant dream a real possibility. Handing over the keys this week and walking the home with their daughters Maddie and Kiana their excitement was touching and reminded me that this moment of helping a family into their new home is why I became a real estate agent. Now there is a permanent place to hold the new memories they are soon to be creating. Adapting and changing their home to suit there needs is now a right and not a privilege. Welcome home!
