This is an up-and-coming neighborhood with homes being fixed up with a real community feel.

Sweet little houses are good starter homes and often have a nice size yard. The neighborhood is bordered by the Springwater Trail which takes you downtown through Sellwood or East to Boring. You’ll notice a number of tall Douglas Firs in this neighborhood and access to Johnson Creek which really invites in a country meets city feel. You’ll enjoy a number of parks at your disposal if you make this neighborhood home.

The Brentwood Darlington neighborhood is in close proximity to many coveted Southeast Portland neighborhoods like Woodstock and Foster Powell or FOPO. There is a potpourri of classic Portland home styles from Bungalows, Old Portlands to Cap Cods and Ranches. There is newer construction, condos, and apartments in this area too.
