DEV NW’s programs, services, and real estate development are designed to help communities builds affordable homes for sale in Lane, Benton, and Linn counties – and will start building soon in Lincoln, Marion, and Clackamas counties. They believe that access to affordable rental housing and real, viable pathways to homeownership (and home maintenance) are central to the health of our communities.

Clackamas CLT - DevNW is building 10 3BR homes in Milwaukie, starting February 2023. These homes will be ready for purchase in 2024.
