PCRI EDUCATION + ASSET BUILDING Programs

PCRI (Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc.) is an Oregon non profit that helps future and current homeowners with a number of challenges through their Asset Building Programs. 

The first step is to assess your financial wellness, establish goals and create a plan of action to help you meet those goals. If your resources are limited, you can start an IDA (Individual Development Account) in Oregon to begin saving for your home with matching funds from the government. 

Homebuyer Education and Counseling helps individuals and families maintain more stable homeownership. If you need pre-purchase counseling, education or down payment assistant this is the next logical step.

Home Retention & Repair was created to help 55+, low to moderate income homeowners in Portland remain in their homes with stability and dignity.
