Alma had her heart set on the North Clackamas School District, knowing it would give Nico a great foundation as he grows. When we found a home tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac in a newer development, it checked every box. The beautifully manicured yard, open floor plan that keeps family time central, and gorgeous modern finishes made it easy to imagine their future here.
This is actually the third home we’ve helped Alma and Omar purchase, and it’s been such an honor to walk alongside them through each stage of their journey. Over the years, they’ve become more than clients—they’ve become friends.
