Realizing a First Home Together

Lizeth was on the hunt for a home for her parents, herself and her sisters. Finding a starter home was super challenging in this highly competitive price point. But one day we came across a home that had lots of potential and got everyone’s approval. With a generous backyard they knew this was the home to make memories in. This transaction wasn’t easy. The seller was in a contingency position and didn’t seem in a hurry to find another house. But once they knew we would walk away their search began in earnest. Fighting for my clients to have a fair and reasonable transaction is always my number one goal. I can’t think of a more deserving family to hand over keys to their first home.
