You’ve got to love a young person (Karla) who gives a Christmas Card to her parents with the promise of a new home last year. It took us almost all of 2021 and about 35 home tours (during a very competitive market) until we found this diamond in the rough. For folks looking for a move-in-ready home this wasn’t it. But there were some fantastic features that really caught the family’s attention from a separate garage apartment to a second addition on the back of the house. This meant everyone got their own space with the option to be together or have private time. Since getting the keys I have enjoyed periodic updates about how they are making home improvements before they move in.
