Investing in SE Portland

It's so much fun when to have people return to your life after a hiatus. Kelly used to work with us at our photo studio years ago. A talented photographer she takes the most amazing portraits and wedding photos through her company June Lion. Now we've caught up on her wonderful marriage to Joseph, a happy little girl with another little one on the way she and Joseph are staking out a piece of Portland as an investment in their family's future. Finding a property that ticked off Kelly's criteria took some time to find. Interestingly, we made an offer on a property that we had viewed but had been taking off the market. The sellers were on the cusp of renting it but agreed to consider their offer. After some nail-biting negotiations we were able to secure a historic home with great bones in close-in SE Portland for them to rent to another lucky family. Thanks to Uber and Lyft I was able to get to all inspections and closing!
