Putting Down Roots

Stephen and Mira got in touch with me after they had decided they were done with renting and wanted to find a home that was all their own. Keeping a perimeter close to their jobs we were able to find several within their budget but nothing really spoke to them until they found this home. In great condition with a lovely yard, they were ready to make an offer. After some reasonable negotiations I was able to get them into their dream starter home. Having the sellers take care of some trees close to the house meant that Stephen and Mira were able to move in with very little projects that they would need to tackle. Congratulations you two I'm so happy for you both!
