The September market report is out and we are seeing a slight downshift from the summer months. Here are a few insights:
We are definitely experiencing a decrease in product at the moment as listings have declined when compared to both September 2019 and August 2020. Pending and closed sales have both remained on an upward swing since 2019 however with only a slight decrease in pending sales from the summer months. Download the Market Action Report to learn more.
